Cold & Hot Therapy Wrap

I twisted my ankle and tried to use icepacks which wouldn't wrap around my ankle and stay on. What a great, affordable find - a good product that does what it says it will do. This wraps neatly in place and stays there. And it was delivered the next day with Prime!

Worked great to reduce inflammation and pain for tendon injury! Quality and nice and stays cold for a decent amount of time!!

Having instep issues heat or cold, depending on the pain is so much quicker and safer than painkillers. These wrap around my instep and provide soothing relief quickly. Freeze them in your freezer, heat them in a microwave. They will work wherever the bands can wrap around. Solid outer casing that is short and comfortable Velcro straps. Good item to have on hand for aches and pains.

I overdid it walking, and both feet hurt so terribly. These are great-I bought 2. Hot or cold. The wrap works great!

Now, this is partly (all?) my fault. Wanted for a knee injury, to wrap around. I did not see it mentioned or advertised as useful for knees. Don't think about using on knees--but otherwise a good, thoughtful product. I did buy two, so maybe I can velcro them together or wait to use on a small area? In any case, well made and thoughtful--just not big enough for an injured adult knee.

For a foot rap it puts the cold were you want and or need it. Good product works well.

Sprained my ankle four weeks ago and ordered some products such as a compression wrap and this gel wrap where I heated up the gel pack in warm water and put it around my sprained foot and it feels amazing. I have been doing that Epson salt water bath for my foot but this is a warm compression wrap and it really feels so great and the person that delivered my wraps for my foot and this product left it on my front entry on top of a plant holder. I really appreciated the common sense the delivery person had and this product is great and feels so comfortable and amazing. Thank you especially to the delivery person that found a good spot to place my package!

This is the best pain relief for gout I've ever had. Had this product for over 18 months now. Had about 5 bouts in that time. This soothes in about 1 minute and the pain gone in about 5 minutes. As someone that's had gout for over 10 years, I know the incredible pain, like a broken foot on the underneath near sole and a hot tattoo needle scraping your knuckle of big toe. I keep this product in the freezer. The best thing about it is the way it fits. It feels like you are only hitting the gout spot. You can position to fit the knuckle of big toe or the outside of foot. And stays on right on the spot. With ice packs or frozen peas the cold coverage is too broad and it makes painless regions too cold and you have to take the foot away, rendering them useless. This just hits the spot and stays there. You can keep it there until the ice melts and allow the ice to do it's job on those sharp crystals and inflamed area. I'm writing this now as I lay, foot elevated after waking up to a sudden gout attack. For how I woke up, in so much pain, I'd have paid hundreds of pounds to have this. I couldn't wait to hobble down the stairs on one leg and get to the freezer. It's also very well made. The velcro, the strap, the material that holds the ice are all like brand new, after over 18 months. I haven't used it for anywhere other than my big toe and outside of foot but I imagine it would work the same on other joints. Highly recommend for gout sufferers.

L'ho acquistato per una distorsione al piede per la quale mi era stato prescritto di mettere ghiaccio tutte le sere. Ho scelto questo prodotto sulla base delle recensioni Amazon e non posso che confermare che è un buon orodotto: il sacchettino con il liquido da mettere in freezer è poco ingombrante ma mantiene il freddo abbastanza a lungo e inoltre, tolto dal freezer, basta muoverlo un po' per farlo adattare alla zona da trattare.
