Excellent product. Doubled the rise in two of my regular sweet doughs (cinnamon sticky buns and got cross buns). Also did a great job with gluten free muffins and beer/rye sweet bread, which need all the help they can get. NB: Don't expect it to make much difference in regular bread - this yeast produces no more rise in doughs per se, It's just that it survives better in high sugar and/or enriched doughs than regular yeast, so fermentation and CO2 production is not hampered by a weakened yeast.

昔からパンなど作っていましたが、昔から家では定番になっている他社のイーストばかり使っていました。 そちらの製品は少量販売なので毎回何箱も買っていましたが、なんとなくAmazonで大きいサイズが無いかなと 探したところこの商品を発見。 メーカー等は知っていましたが近くにこのサイズで売っている所が無かったので、全く買う機会がありませんでしたが、 Amazonで買えるならということで即購入。 早速、ナンやピザ生地を作る際に使用してみました。 使い勝手は今までのイーストと変わりませんが、気持ちこちらの方が焼いたときのふくらみが良い感じがします。 量もさることながら、焼き上がりのふっくら感が私の好みの感じになる為、これからはこちらの商品を定番品にすることにしました。
