At it's lowest setting, the top of the cushion you would sit on is 16 inches from the ground. 21 inches at it's highest.

20.5 at the highest. Lowest is around 16 or so.

What is the seat width? I see a few different dimensions.

The seat is 18" wide and 17.5" deep. I use it at my sewing machine and find it quite comfortable.
