These curtain hooks meet my expectations. I think they will exceed my expectations, so I’m giving 5 stars, subject to revision. They are not supposed to rust. I’m using them outside, so I am putting them to the test. They are outside, pinning my frost cloth around my plants to the frame. I will revise in the spring if they rust. They are easy to use, seem to be of high quality. If they are actually rust proof, they will be a great value for the price.

These have worked exactly how I needed them too! They hold up all of children’s artwork on an art wall in the playroom. The only downfall is that I wish the hooks would swivel 360 degrees instead of being stationary. Overall though I really like them
