Good quality
I loved these crispy fried onions. I use them on top of my Ramen bowls. Game changer! They are pricey at 9.99.

This product is not red onion, but is scallion.
The scallion taste is much more earthy than I would expect from a true red onion. Not unpleasant but different. I use these as topping over soup and vegetables.

DECEPTIVE NUTRITION SERVING SIZE
I was looking for a salad topper that was low-carb and not going to break ketosis. I saw this and looked at the nutrition facts which impressed the heck out of me. Most of the reviews said it tastes really good too. I was REALLY excited to try it out. I did not try it out. I looked at the nutrition facts before I bought it, but I did not realize that it is measured to the smallest piece of dust. It claims that there is 113 servings in that container. That is about a 2 grams per serving (almost nothing). The reason this is done is to lower the listed nutrients (they can legally round the numbers down) so rather than supporting the truth of their nutrition information (most buyers probably don't care as much as i do, it is probably on par with any similar other products), they are increasing the published serving size to make the numbers SEEM lower. It seems like most people are not ordering this to be on Ketosis, and for them this product will probably be great. But if I used this as a regular topper, it could throw months of hard work down the drain. I find this style of marketing is deceptive and harmful. Why can't they just show the actual information for a typical serving size? What do they have to hide? 50 servings instead of 113 servings would double the calories to a whopping 20. Probably there are 20 servings in this container, maybe less, but I can't make any sort of calculation if they hide the numbers. I gave them a second star because, ultimately, they fooled me this time (that is on me), and after looking at the other reviews, it seems like a good-tasting product. However, I do not appreciate the deceptiveness of the nutrition label. 95% of people aren't going to read it anyways, but those who do look at it rely on accurate information.

Yummy
I got these because I would originally looking for freeze dried whole garlic cloves that I used to snack on but I can't find anywhere. It's a little bit pricey for the size but it's well worth it and I would definitely buy it again and recommend it. I ate a couple spoonfuls right out of the jar when I first got it super crispy crunchy yummy garlic pieces. You can grind it up and use it as a really flavorful garlic powder put it on top of tomato soup or any soups really. I made alfredo pasta and sprinkled this on top it's just an all-around delicious crunchy topping. If you like garlic get this and prepare to smile.

nothing special
Not worth spending more than regular old French's or house-brand.
