Husband loves this Christmas present I bought him. Wood splitting ability great, cost affordable and doesn’t break the bank. Thick handle and 14in long.

Great for when I go camping. Strong and sturdy. Does need to be a bit sharper. I like the weight and protective cover, have also used it to hammer in tent spikes.

Way better than I was expecting! It feels like a lot of love and good quality materials were used for these products and I will absolutely be buying other gear! Great price for a solid tool, feels sharp, and the size is perfect for camping!

Updated review: The sheath is missing a rivet, you can see it in my original pictures, then I highlighted on my last picture. Also the head of the hatchet is twisted and not aligned with the handle. Perhaps the handle was put in twisted before the glue dried. These plus the fact the edged was rough and dented, and the glue sticking out, I don’t think it deserves 5-stars. Original Review: I like the weight and look of the hatchet. It came with glue joint a little messy, but easy to clean. It’s fairly sharp, but the cutting edge has dents and it doesn’t go all the way to the top/bottom corners of the head. For the price is good and I think it will work for my intended use.

I was really impressed with the quality of this axe for the price. It is light yet sturdy. I will provide a more detailed update after I put it through some punishment.

Not too heavy & it made in quality material

Grip is pretty great, but the epoxy job was slobby. The blade had some chips, but let see over time. Will come after some wood chopping.

Upon first inspection the steel appears sturdy, but the work putting the head to the shaft is a bit sloppy. The edge has arrived with several nicks and will need to be aggressively sharpened before I use it. The sheath is quite nice and has a convenient canvas loop hook. I may upgrade my rating pending how well the edge sharpens and maintains itself under use. Overall I expect it to do the job, I just don't like having to put so much effort into getting it ready on first use.

Similar to others I was disappointed when I opened the package. Both sides of the axe blade are chipped quite a bit. There is absolutely no QA/QC done on this product as it should never be sold the way it is. If the blade wasn’t chipped I would probably give it 4, maybe 5 stars.
