Notice that the more expensive methylcobalamin is used rather than the cheaper cynocobalamin. I've learned that my body needs more B vitamins after having a meal. The process of digestion, stress, lack of sleep demand a lot of energy and work from our body. Taking the B12 after a meal will maintain energy and will replace lethargy quickly. What shocked me is how much rice and bread and baked products as well as noodles place immense stress on the body. Yet, I craved them all. This is a fantastic way to take 1000mcg of B12. Dissolved soo quickly one isn't sure it was taken. I couldn't stand the long lasting not so pleasant after taste of Nature Made.

I have been using this B12 for over 10 years. I am a Vegetarian for almost 40 years. I am advised to take B12 . With this Sublingual B12 my blood work is great.
