Best Quality
Sure, here's your feedback: --- I initially ordered this product to assess its quality, but upon receiving it, I was pleasantly surprised. It exceeded my expectations in terms of durability and strength. I'm thoroughly impressed and satisfied with its quality, which is why I've already ordered 23 additional covers. Thank you!

First, the instructions were written by someone who invented it. They seem to think the average toddler could Macgyver that thing while eating their chickie nuggies. If the written instructions were bad, the photos were worse. I'd bet they were taken on a 70s Polaroid Zip camera then scanned into Publisher98 where the Congealed Oatmeal filter was applied. Useless. The Actual Assembly: The silicone back is held in place by very thin rubber strings which must be replaced under clips in the top plastic cover before it clicks back into bottom tray. It requires some force. The pulling causes the front frame and tray to freely scoot around while you master 4 new dexterity skills and apologize to your upstairs neighbor for all the cussing and shouting. The whole adventure ate >30 min of my life. Practicality: One of their promo photos is of a little girl joyfully running through an airport with this beast around her neck. Don't let your kid do that. It's pretty heavy. My own grownup arm got tired after 2-3 minutes so out comes the kickstand. I already have a kickstand case w/cover that I love, so I'm putting it back on. Great use of 3.7 seconds.

This review is for the 12.9 inch ipad Pro (2021) model. I was excited to try this case out to see if I could free up my hands at the job, but unfortunately it had one fatal flaw. Install was easy, remove the plastic cover and bend back the rubber protector slightly. The buttons all reached and the USB C port was accessible. I tried the rear camera and it was clear of the plastic covering and unobstructed. I tried the front camera, and it too was unobstructed. BUT when I tried the ultrawide selfie, low and behold the camera was letterboxed by the plastic of the case. This renders Center Stage and the wide selfie camera unusable while in the case. Chalk that up to poor design and not taking the new feature into consideration. I returned the product and hope the designers will find a workaround soon.

Pluses: Protection is pretty good. 360 rotating kickstand (although it could kick out a bit more) Hand strap (really strong velcro) Shoulder Strap Minuses, starting with the big one: -You cannot charge/connect your Pencil while iPad Pro is in this case. This case on its own is for people who do not use a Pencil on a regular basis. However, if you are a DIYer, or can go to your local Ace Hardware/Lowe’s/Menards to find yourself a capable employee who can break off the side of the plastic large enough for the Pencil to sit as it needs to charge...you just have to keep the hard plastic frame off so you can slip the Pencil between the rubber and the iPad...comes in handy for a little pocket. This case has held up very well no matter the tinkering, thus it gets to keep four stars. I would have had to have returned it if it hadn’t due to it is indeed not Pencil charging/connecting friendly. Last minus: If you don’t like how the shoulder strap connects to the case, you can change the connectors around, they come out of the rubber slits really quickly. However, getting them back in needs a small paintbrush handle or dowel to push the straps back through. Thankfully, there are only two. Hope all this helps. I’ll update this review if anything changes.

I think it's a great product. It is pretty easy to use, the stand works well, the pen charging holder is amazing, and it appears to be very sturdy and fall-proof. However, I bought it because I wanted to be able to hold my iPad with one hand as I typed or drew on it. The strap broke after about a month. I will have to see about getting a new one but I'm expecting it to fail again if this one went so quickly.
