I think nature’s made is so good and is so effective. The biotin is very powerful dose but longevity is very important to us and has my nails and skin feeling very good. The appearance of our skin nails is do to nature’s made quality. I just wish they made in in like a 100mcg to 200mcg dose cause the recommended dosage for adults is 30 micrograms

Hair-growth must have
I love adding biotin to my daily vitamin regimen. This item has helped me to regrow hair after childbirth and strengthen my nails along with better skin. Highly recommend to anyone postpartum or struggling with hair loss or thinning. Small pills that are easy to swallow with limited bitter taste.

Just started taking these . No reason they shouldn’t work. They are a good price and brand. They are a tiny jell cap pill. No smell that I could tell.
