Holy guacamole, I wish someone had told me how strong 10mg of melatonin is. I am melatonin naive, and decided to try some and I figure 10mg is a great place to start, because I have insomnia and trouble sleeping. That was overkill. I fell asleep for about 14 hours. I know you're supposed to take melatonin Sporadically. I think I'll switch to the 1 milligram because I read that less is actually working better for you. I also heard that if you keep taking melatonin, your body doesn't produce it as much, so I'm trying to use it sparingly. I mean it works, so just be careful with it!
