Procutin by Ozidex - Rosacea | Dermatitis | Acne | Solution to Demodex | Natural Herbal Formula

I'll start this review with the elephant, the price point. I did a bit of research on the ingredients of this and did find a lengthy article on this exact product by this exact manufacturer/seller. And it was an amazing read, it definitley helped me understand all of the ingredients and why they are in this. It also gave me a hint at why it is suggested to apply this in stages of concentration, I'll keep that to myself as it's just a hunch. I do think that there is research behind this product, and yes, there are lots of natural ingredients - but that's what makes me think there is research behind it. This is a massive bottle and has umpteen uses in it - it will last me ages!! So onto my background... Oh my word!!! So, many years ago I kept getting a weird, burning, inflamed, hot to touch, sore to touch, entire red face!! I went to the doctors, I had fungal creams, antibiotic creams, nothing worked. I changed my pillows, bought disposable covers etc, hoovered my bed, hoovered my floors everyday, I tried all sorts. Gave up make-up after using disposable bits and pieces. Every now and again I'd get this ridiculous flare up. After ordering this product I goo gle d Demodex - and oh my word! Images wise my face was worse than ANY I see in the images, by far. God knows why my Doctor didn't refer me to a skin specialist, because I went about 4 times and then gave up. So after this, I had Rosacea for about 7 years. It was quite red and my whole face looked 'very pink red' all the time all over. It was only recently I went against the grain and started dermaplaning - this is the best thing I have ever done! And my Rosacea has cleared up massively, 98% gone. I have an excellent skin care regime that I've developed over maybe 3 or 4 months and have been doing this for maybe 6 months now. The Rosacea, the last of it, isn't showing signs of going. So I have high hopes for this product because I do think this is what is needed to get rid of the last of it. I've been able to use this on my sensitive skin with no issues. It is a decent smell (I don't like that rose smell), delicate and not 'in your face', sorry, lol. I realise I haven't really talked about this specific product, but time will tell on it's effectiveness for me. I think this will work out pence per spray and therefore good value, and from where I have come from I'd have paid £150 for this without hesitation. The overall product packaging looks and feels quality, appropriate to the price point and quantity I think. Good leaflets in colour and black and white in different languages. And I do feel there is research in this and why it's not a fifteen quid of a random mix of herbal mixed natural products.

This product is made of premium ingredients. I’ve been applying it to my face recently but can’t comment on its effectiveness as I haven’t used it long term. Even though the ingredients are premium the current selling price of £152.10 for 200ml of product is ridiculous.

Looks interesting and first time to come across it. Good ingredients and all natural as well. Usage is a bit daunting because it is not straight forward. Effectiveness - hard to comment at the moment. Price is way to expensive for me unfortunately but if it benefits the user that is a different thing.

Asking in excess of £100 for a small bottle should not be allowed as it would be totally unfair to anyone who ordered it when alternatives are offered at a fraction of their cost!

I’ve spent four times as much trying to find anything that would help and nothing worked. Prescriptions permethrin nothing. This is the only thing that o feel has started to FINALLY make me feel like I’m starting to feel like myself again. I was going crazy and suffering. To me it smells like rose essential oil I love the smell. It can burn if you don’t dilute it but that’s why it says to apply to a damp body and has a mixing lid cap to dilute for your face. I don’t mind a little bit of heat I feel like it’s working its magic but it shouldn’t be painful if it is dilute it! 10/10 will be getting more next paycheck to make sure I never run out.

I have been using Procutin, the natural herbal formula to aid in the support of healthy skin and scalp. The formulation is said to treat Demodex, which are microscopic organisms we have on our skin. According to the manufacturer of Procutin, these microorganisms cause problems when they overpopulate, and Procutin is supposed to aid in the control of Demodex. I don't know if I have Demodex, but I have some dry, red patches on my hand. I thought this may be helpful. I have been consistently applying the formulation to the affected area for a few months. The solution has a strong smell, so you know you have applied it. Unfortunately, I have not noticed any benefits from Procutin, but that does not mean it is not affective. It simply is not for me. Everyone is an individual, and each case is different.

Ordered this product as I read that demodex mites can cause rosacea. Using this product appeared to help reduce the redness after consistent use. It did take a while, but my rosacea seems to have calmed down. This was fine for my sensitive skin.

I previously used prescription eye drops for Demodex & it cleared up in about 4 weeks. My eye doctor had me continue using an eyelid wash after the drops ended but the itching quickly returned & eyelids were bright red again with that wash, so I asked ChatGPT for suggestions & it gave several product suggestions including this one. I bought this, even though it’s ridiculously expensive. I’ve been using it full strength for 2 weeks on my face & eyelids to try to get the problem under control quickly, but I’m still very itchy & haven’t noticed any lasting improvement. the bottle says it can take 6 months to see a result. I do feel less itchy immediately after using the product and for a few hours afterwards, but the itching returns within 6-8 hours & my eyelids are red all day, every day. I absolutely HATE the smell of this product. I believe the tea tree oil is what gives it the scent & I think it’s horrible. I’m looking for another less expensive option to try because I don’t think I can put up with the smell & lack of results for 6 months.

This product is helping my demodex infestation, that the dermatologist hasn't as of yet.
