Funny Party Hats White Costume Felt Top

My head is a 21 in circumference and it is too big I plan to wear a wig so it shouldn’t matter in the end. It didn’t get smashed in packaging like others. It is good for my all white NYE party. Light weight. I recommend for your costume. It is not flimsy but stiff.

I have tons of hats for my characters at Halloween time…. This is a great hat to dress up with. I add veils, keys, watches, gears… steampunk it all up. It is sturdy, well made, and looks good.

I got it to modify for my Noe cosplay and it was perfect for what I needed. It’s a little thinner in the brim than I’d like but otherwise it’s a decent quality for what it is.

Loved this for a rabbit costume from alice. It was so perfect with ears on top. Sturdy, it was large on my head, so I had to stuff some paper and foam in. Not pure white - has slight graying / blueish tint to it. Felt. Not bad for a price.

This hat was reviewed to be too big but it’s kind of tight on my husbands head. Wish it was big because I had to add a wig weft for the ginger curls but besides that if you’re looking to make your own customized mad hatter costume like me, these hats work perfect. I picked the white one and was able to paint it with regular acrylic paint. It has more of a cotton material in it so it soaks up paint very easily. It’s also a lot cheaper than other top hats but holds up well so I didn’t feel bad about turning it into a craft.

Cheap quality for the price. Bad value. Came crushed although the box was not. That would lead me to believe it was crushed before it was packed. Won’t buy from here again.
