This is my second diary from them. I didn’t finish my last one because the lock stopped working completely. Now that I have a new one I made my password. And now it won’t open at all. I’m a little frustrated and if anyone knows how to reset a password please let me know. I really need to write and it is my coping skill

I loved this for a bit! And then all of a sudden my code didn’t work. Nothing works. I’m locked out and it’s frustrating. Don’t buy this!

Good quality paper- comparable to Japanese paper. The journal itself is really nice and soft. Arrived in good condition.
