Has anyone tried the brown on their eyebrows

I would say it’s a little too messy to be for brows. I use the brown for my lashes but if I tear up a bit it does smear easily.

Since this mascara has coconut oil, does it smear?

YES! This is the worst mascara I’ve ever used, it is thin and takes awhile to dry so smeared all over my eye.

Not that I can tell; maybe slightly water resistant but I am able to remove with soap and water at the end of the day.

Unfortunately I've thrown away the box. However the label on the bottom of the mascara states Portland, Oregon. I still do think it's a wonderful mascara in comparison to the recent purchase I made from 100% Pure.
