This solar controller with solar panel works amazing it helps me out of a tough situation when my power went out and to help cut down on my electric bill in the lighting in my bedroom. This solar controller helped keep my battery is fully charged and maintained while regulating the electricity to my electronics! The insulation is very easy just need a small Phillips head screwdriver a spot to mount it and a battery connect to the ease of installation is as easy as 1 2 3 This amount that controller on the wall mount your solar panel outside in a nice sunny w area and the rest will do its job!

Mounted it on my jeep and it keeps my battery charged at all times and also keeps all of my electronics charged as well very easy to setup there’s a ton of videos on YouTube on how to set it up , perfect for just getting into solar power would recommend to anyone just starting out using solar power will probably buy another since I got room for one more on my cargo rack

During my initial testing outside I couldn't get any output on the "load" connection. However, I must have been doing something wrong because today everything is working fine. I got a normal voltage and current output on both USB ports, a good charge voltage for the battery and over 10 volts/ 6 amps on the load. It should work fine on my e-bike for supplemental USB power and maintaining a12v battery for other peripherals.

Installed it on my trailer for lights and gps with a 15ah lifepo4 battery. Keeps it at perfect voltage and hasn't had an issue at all, it's driven around Phoenix often. Pretty good set up if you don't have huge daily power use

1st, the pic shows how the box showed up on my porch, not blaming the MFG , but when opened, there was zero packing material around the panel, just a small sheet between the box and the glass.. 2nd, the rails that you attach the mounts are flimsy and cheap. The wires included are thinner than my last 8 units from other MFGs. I have installed 6, HGST last year alone. They where quality built, well packaged and the wires were thicker. I have no faith in the controller on this one, seeing how many corners were cut :( Only reason I gave it 3* was it wasn't broke and all the accesories, somehow where in the box

It kept my two marine batteries charged up for four months..
