I am trying to get more into writing reviews. Although I love to write, I suppose I always found them to be too time consuming! ...and just like the Author Brandon Bornancin says in this book, "You don't want to spend your time on tasks that are not going to take you to where you are trying to go." I decided to make an exception. In any event, WONDERFUL book!!! I do appreciate the author taking the time to share his experiences and wisdom with us!!! I have learned so much from this book! He explains the importance of surrounding yourself with a POSITIVE people/network of people who are just like you (or better)!!! Similar people who are all about success, growth, positivity, and helping others! Successful people who know the game and can open doors for you and take you to higher levels of success!!! (A perfect example is Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg.) If you stay stagnant with negative ("bottom feeders")people, you will become just like them!!! In short, this book was an eye opener for me. I have been back and forth in this life, NOT GRINDING hard, like I should have (and like the author suggested)...& not finding success. I spent years, depressed, angry, and blaming OTHERS for my poor decisions and lack of success. I know now that I am responsible for my own actions and I must get off my duff, (find a mentor and some positive UPSCALE/successful ppl) and make things happen! (I wish I would have come across this book, when I used to sell insurance, on commission only!!! Perhaps I would have found success with selling?) I would definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to achieve success in their life, not just with sales but with ANYTHING that you are trying to achieve. Ultimately, we will need to sell ourselves, to get whatever we want in this life...and we must do "Whatever It Takes," to obtain whatever it is that we want!!! Remember, your network = your net worth!!! Awesome book! You will not be disappointed!!!

I gave this book a four star review; good but not great. If you’re just starting out with self-improvement, this is a very good book for you. If you’re in a slump, you might find this to be a good pick me up. If you’re already on fire or at least pretty warm, you may find this to be a difficult to read through to the end; you might want to find a book that is more focused on something that you’re specifically struggling with (schedule, time blocking, working with people, negotiating, etc.). There’s quite a bit of repetition however, there are a handful of good bullet points throughout. This is a very good book for a novice to intermediate individual that is looking to develop a foundational mindset to “grind”. It’s an “overall pretty easy read”, so you’ll be able to get through it quickly. I did get some value out of this book, which pushed it from a 3 star to 4, and not a 5 as it may be too little for a very high level producer (which kept me from rating it 5 stars). - Adam C

I thought the book was excellent. It is more of a reminder of what neeeds to be done for those that have grown up with strong work ethics. Those in our country who look for success wants it by trying to not follow the philosophy of hard work and grit. We have somehow become a nation of believers of finding an easier way to the same success. This book is rooted in the age -old truth that to be successful in America is difficult. There is no easy way to success in anything. We as Americans get stuck in between the belief of setteling our minds that hard work is the only solution to success, and having a secondary belief that there is a better way. This books help us to renew our minds and our thinking on what ittakes to be successful.

The book was perfect for a person beginning his/her path to a new life. It was a brew of his life, his lessons, his winning trait habits, his losing trait habits, and a bunch of punches at our ego. He made this book with such simplicity and repetition. My high school teachers would always want me to find the meaning behind literary devices and I always hated it and found it useless. But in this book i see how those devices helped me expand my little brain. As in this book repetition is used plenty of times, at first i thought it was because of writing space how I use to do. But He was just making sure we got the point he was giving us. The repetition comes from a place of importance and wanting to make clear.

This book has taught me so much. I get up excited about helping business owners everyday. And learning to leave the excuses behind. I am looking forward to reading all of your books. Since I started reading and studying this book I was number 1 in my company in sells last month. Thank you so much April
