Q: Would I be able to bench heavy dumbbells on this bench when it's inclined?

Yea the bench is really durable. It's really a great bench.

Q: Will this bench snap in half past 330 lbs or is that more meant as a safe guideline as far as company liability?

Hi. I'm not sure of the weight capacity. I've seen a number of smaller gyms use it. I am 5'11" 180 and it's more than fine. I also use it with my 100lb sandbag.

Q: Is this bench suitable to be used outside on a daily basis in Southern California with little rain? I would take it indoors if it rains.

I use it indoors, very durable. Use it every day. In my opinion it was the best purchase for workout gear I have ever made. I use it for lifting and cardio. In my opinion i don't think rain will hurt it.

Plastic, unstable and a waste of money

I would suggest that the Reebok Desk is simply not worth the money. I purchase it on the basis of some of the reviews, but I would disagree that this piece of equipment allows a range of cardio and strength based activity.It is made of plastic - which is a huge negative. It is extremely uncomfortable and the mechanism which allows the deck to be raised, appears unstable and is therefore potentially unsafe.I'm afraid I would not recommend.
