Does the 835 mic have a mute switch or just an on/off?

It’s has a power button on the bottom and a mute slider nearer the middle.

Is it original Sennheiser or is it Asian?

Not sure of your question. Are you asking if it is made in Asia or a knockoff of Sennheiser ? It would be listed as such if it were a knockoff.

What is range of microphone? 100m 150m ?

I've never tested it further than about 30 feet. In my work I never need to go much further than that away from the receiver – sorry I couldn't provide the answer you were looking for.
