Cleanest form of selenium I could find in my price range (it was on sale). Very important supplement that works in concert with other supplement to accomplish good things in the body. Our food supply is not being taken care of in a way to make it optimal for us, so we need proper clean bioavailable supplements to help out along with our meals. Highly recommend this brand, and the seller did very well for their part.

The book is about using Iodine Therapy to heal health problems and recommends that you take 200 mcg of selenium every day. It is critical to thyroid health. Selenium is found in food, but because it comes from the soil if the soil isn't healthy or depleted of selenium than you might not be getting enough. These pills are small and round. They do have a strong odor of yeast because they are made from yeast. It's free of artificial flavors, colors and sweeteners. It does contain Magnesium Stearate which some people like to avoid. I think these pills are easy to take and very affordable. All you have to do is take one a day to maintain health and this bottle will last 6 months. At five dollars for this bottle that lasts half a year that's less than one dollar a month.

They are capsules not pills as some have said and shown pictures of. Selenium is essential and we probably don't get enough of it from food because it comes from the soil and gets washed away or used up. Should only use the smallest amount necessary. I have read about selenium being essential for removing Mercury from the body so if you eat lots of tuna, sardines, salmon or other fish, you are exposed to mercury and might want to consider taking this supplement. It also helps hair grow but too much can cause hair to drop. Every other day or so or after eating the fish I mentioned would be good times to take this supplement however never excessive amounts. Please do your research on this. Certain forms are more bioavailable than others.

I hate to use the word ‘Game changer’…. But this is the only way to describe this product. I was always so scared to supplement with selenium because of possible toxicity. All while I have been so incredibly deficient. This was the missing piece to so many of my ailments throughout the years. I am on my road to recovering and getting my levels up to optimal levels.

Anders als verschiedene Rezensenten meinen, kommt dieses Produkt aus England. Dumm nur, wenn DHL nicht weiß, dass der Ort Banbury OX nördlich von Oxford liegt und das Paket zum Zoll bringt. Bei meiner Erstbestellung gab es keine Probleme, die zweite landete beim Zoll. Ich rief dort an, sagte, dass die Lieferung aus UK kommt. Der Zollbeamte meinte, dass die Rücksende-Adresse auf den Kanalinseln liege, die nicht zur EU gehören, und DHL deshalb die Sendung zollpflichtig machte.
