These work as advertised, they are a cooling relief for migraine sufferers such as myself. Cooling relief and a pleasant smell. The adhesive however is hit or miss, sometimes it is perfectly secure, and other times I feel like it will fall off and I am constantly pushing it back down. Make the first stick, the only stick (once you peel it off, the adhesive is practically useless). The first patch out of a fresh pack is always the best one, although the package seals back up, I feel like the pad loses a bit of it's "oomph". Regardless, I will continue buying this product, I use it often, and have used it for my 6 year old when he complained that he had a headache, he really enjoyed the relief it brought him. Overall, still a 5 star product. Note: this will not cure or take away a headache, it is merely a disposable ice pack with soothing aromas.

I like them a lot. This is tenth or eleventh time I order them. Adhesive. Do not stain your skin. Very pleasant and light scent, after few moments it’s gone. Cooling very well. For me personally it gives great relief. I really recommend WellPatch.

I love the fact that within 10 minutes of putting it on, my headache is usually gone. the less liked fact is that I have to lay down with it on as it will not stay on while I am up trying to do things. however, thisos usually okay because I do not feel like doing housework while having a headache anyway. Overall, I give this product an A+. it works like nothing else I have used. i have headaches everyday of my life so it is important to have a product such as this. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

These are basically icy hot patches. I get migraine headaches and I used one of these on my head and it was not a good idea. These patches have menthol in them and it made my eyes burn and my headache worse! They are not meant to be used for headaches. They would work well for aches and pains of other body parts, like your shoulder, arm, back, hand, foot etc....

As a migraine sufferer, I've tried countless products over the years. This is one product that actually works. I have an ice pack for my head, but when traveling or at work, an ice pack is not always available. These are a great alternative to get that soothing cooling effect. I use them horizontally across my forehead and vertically on my neck/spine. The cooling sensation lasts several hours. I recommend this product for migraines.

I get terrible migraines at least once a month. I've tried so many different products and pills that just don't help. These wonderful patches are a lifesaver!! I can't recommend them enough. They immediately soothe the burning throb of my forehead and keep it cool for hours. If I have an especially bad headache I put one on the back of my neck too. They are the only relief I have found. Pills don't work for me. This patch is by far the best. Say goodbye to your migraines!

These are great to give you some relief from the throbbing pain of a migraine. I use them often even when I feel a slight hint of a migraine coming on I will put one on. These stay on very well unless like me, during the day I always have makeup on then you might have a slight problem with the gel staying in place. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend these cooling patches for anyone with migraines.

Does it work? Yes 100%. However the adhesive is not the greatest. I have been trying to keep a few patches on my forehead from falling off.

These patches really help my headaches without me having to take pills. Had migraines for years. This avoids high risk medication
