I am not an expert on Axolotls but from what I have read the answer is no.

Q: Does this medication contain copper?

It's just Methylene Blue, and it does nothing to cure ICK. In fact, you can get more concentrated version of this at the Pet section at walmart (in drops) for 3 bucks. You better go to the PetSmart. They have a product, not just for ICK but for all sorts of other diseases as well. This is a useless product and it doesn't do anything to cure ICK and your fish will end up dying anways.
