Spanx is perfect as long as you order up a size. For reference, I'm 5'8" and 115 lbs., and the medium are plenty tight. These were a godsend after my hysterectomy; they provide the perfect amount of compression. The only somewhat negative aspect is that they do ride up causing an occasional double bum. That didn't stop me from buying several pair. I just avoid wearing them with leggings and jeans.

Love these boy shorts. I’ve bought 4 more since purchasing these. I’m 5’2”, petite and they fit really well. It covers the lower tummy and upper thigh area, which I love. Very stretchy and comfortable. 10/10 recommend
