These insoles are a LIFESAER! I was recently diagnosed with MS in November 2020 and my physical therapist recommended these to help me with my balance. I did not know how much of a difference THE RIGHT insoles would make. Immediately after they were inserted into my shoes I felt a complete shift and difference in my stability as well as my back, foot, and leg pain. I will never wear shoes without these insoles again and I liked them so much that I bought a 2nd pair! The only thing that I don't like about these insoles is that you can "hear" me walking because they cause me to "squeak" as I walk. Quite honestly I don't know how much of this can be traced back to the insoles OR if it is more of a "shoe" thing. I say this because I when I bought the 2nd pair for a new set of shoes, the 2nd set of shoes with the insoles in them barely squeak at all. It could have also been because I wore the 1st pair completely out so maybe that's them barking back at me saying "AGONY! AGONY!" Either way, you can't go wrong with these! I will be buying a 3rd paid in the near future.

I switched to the Blue insoles from the Vasyli + Hoke (insole for supination) after fixing what was causing my supination.My Vasyli + Hokes were XS (fits women's size 4.5-6). I wear a size 6, didn't have to trim them, they fit my shoe perfectly. They also felt like heaven as soon as I started to wear them.These Blue insoles, also XS, for the same pair of shoes my previous insoles were in, needed to be trimmed all the way down from a 6 down to a 4. And I need to trim more because it still doesn't fit properly, even though a 4 is the smallest size the insole has a guide to trim down to. The width of the forefoot was also much wider than the Vasyli + Hoke and had to be trimmed down on the front sides as well in order to fit in the shoe.Honestly, these will likely end up not working at all and be $75 pieces of trash. It's a shame because standing in them not in the shoes feels wonderful, but ill fitting and painful in the shoe.I don't understand why a brand would be so differently sized. The Vasyli + Hoke fit the correct size shoes, these blue insoles do not.

I bought these for my son after my chiropractor recommended them. They've helped keep his back/knees more in line for improved posture which then helps to alleviate his knee/back aching.

Yes you could use Dr. Scholls. Yes you could could prescription insoles. Yes you could have plaster molds made of your feet. But you don't need to do any of that. Just get these insoles, trim to size, and you'll be right as rain. This strategy will work for 90% of people with foot or insole problems. So you might as well try them first.

First time ever sending a negative review but am so disappointed in this purchase. Notice the different size of these orthotics. They came this way, one size small and one size large in a sealed bag. To make matters worse, I re-ordered the same product and guess what? Got the same thing once again--two different sizes in a sealed bag. Do yourself a favor and don't order these!

These are the only insoles I will ever wear again. Plantar fasciitis is no joke when doing construction for a living. Not only did these insoles correct it these insoles keep it at bay.
