It is too slow fory need and too small don't buy it don't waste your money. The Microsoft edge is no responding. 1 star don't buy it.

I purchased it in June of 2020, and the battery is no longer holding a charge. I'd like to replace the battery, however, the local store is out of stock. Please let me know where and how I may get a new battery.

A well built Laptop with a premium finish of full body alminium . I was hesitant to buy it because the brand is unknown and relatively new and no information about it out there save for their website. I was pleasantly surprised with the build and packaging and how light the laptop is. Ofcourse don't expect much on the performance side,the specs speak for themselves on that. However if you are a casual user and use light software like Office software and browsers then this will suffice. You will be awestruck with the portability and finish overally. The charger is small and not like other laptops' brick like humongous chargers. I do have qualms though, the keyboard is not backlit and it's labeled in white font on a silver background which makes it difficult to see. Other than that will have to see how long it will last since it's a brand that has no proven history, but it does come with one year warranty though,so if it makes it past the one year mark , that will be a plus considering it's affordability. For now, excellent product IQ Touch 👍🏾.

After 1 month, camera and mouse dont working anymore. Can't be fix in any shop cause this brand is not usual. No support service, so if you have any problem, you can't do anything.

Would not recommend to anyone good person

Metal body is very impressive. The small size makes it easy to carry arround.
