Would this work with the 2021 honda civic?

As long as you have air vents that run horizontally, it should be fine. I had a rental car that had the air vents with the separators running vertical and it didn’t like to stay.

What do you get if you order single? Do i get the part the phone slots into and the part that goes on the vent? Thanks

You need to have a pop socket already. What you get is the bit the pop socket slots into which you attach to the car vent.

How do you stop the phone from turning?

After you place the PopGroip in the mount try to push the accordion a bit together and that should help. If the mount itself is loose - turn it 90 degrees and use the thicker or thinner slot to attach it to the vent. Hope that helps.
