I HAD NO PROBLEM FLYING IT CRASHED IT A FEW TIMES AT FIRST AND IT WOULD TAKE RIGHT BACK OFF AND FLY GREAT VERY STURDY

This looks like a great product, looks like everything was in the box but a couple of things that concerned me: 1. It did not come in any sort of generic wrapping/box - it just came in its own product box, which was not helpful to me because I had it delivered to my office and it was for a white elephant gift exchange, so everyone knew what I was bringing! and 2. the box had just a notched opening for closure (the lid was attached and to "securely" close the box, you shut the attached lid and slipped the notches into the sides) and the box was completely open upon delivery. There was no tape on the lid to keep it shut or anything. As far as I can tell, everything is inside, but I'm not going to be counting 600 letters so...I hope it's in there... Packaging & delivery is my only complaint! The product itself is cute and was a great deal!

 Absolutely love this product. Very skeptical at first because of previous experiences with similar products, but this one was a pleasant surprise. It comes with everything you could possibly need and will be of great use especially around the holidays! Could not be more happy with this.

I have wanted one of these signs for ages, so I was super excited by the price for this one. My order arrived promptly and is as pictured. Yes, the stand is a different color than the wood around the board. Everything arrived as described, but unfortunately half of my white letters were stuck together and could not be pulled apart. I saved what I could, but lost the rest, thank goodness stores like Target sell these pre-cut and in great condition. The pink and blue letters were fine, just difficult to cut away from the sticks they arrive on. I'm happy with it, I suppose it's expected for the price, but there should be some QC for the letters.

Really cool swing - seat is soft and comfortable, bottom half of the chain is covered in plastic (on both sides) so little fingers don't get pinched, length is more than adequate. Held 200lb adult without a problem.Be aware that it doesn't come with carbines or hooks at the end of the chain, so you can clamp it to a swing bracket.

These are awesome quality swings, I ordered 3 to be side by side on our swingset. The only negative is that the swings look red in the picture and are actually construction zone orange! I wouldn’t have bought them if I had known the glaring color but my kids were so excited to have them come and I didn’t want to take the time and hassle to return them over something that was cosmetic. Kids love the swings and they are strong and comfortable.

Like a traffic cone. we bought another brand of children's swing that the chain was plastic coated and quickly bought this thinking it was the same company...WRONG! NO connecting hardware and it is orange, not red. But it is very heavy duty and the chains are coated very well. It is all my fault. I should have read the reviews and comments. I will not fault the seller. I would have been forewarned had I followed protocol.

I absolutely love this letter board. It's the perfect size, shape, color everything! I've found so many uses for it with my photography business! I LOVE that I have so many letters, especially the special characters because those have definitely come in handy! What I was most pleased with though was the set up that came with it. The stand, the bag and scissors and ruler.. they really thought of everything and made it so easy for me to bring out and about places. I am honestly probably going to buy another in a different color because I just love it so much. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
