I work outside all summer every day and I had tried lots of hydration packets before these guys are awesome. I think they are great. They take a little bit getting used to their little bit salty but the flavors are actually pretty good once you get used to them and they don't have a lot of sugars and they're not bought out by other big companies so it's real Ault and like I said I feel super hydrated and I feel the electrolytes kick in a lot faster cause it has more salt and also I don't feel bloated

I love this product, and I love the individual packets because they make it easier to take on the go. All the flavors are great! The mango is my least favorite because it doesn't taste like mango to me at all. Overall, I've been taking the product for years, and it will help you feel hydrated. Plus, my kids love them. I will use half a packet for my kids. It goes further, and they don't like it as salty.

The best electrolyte powder I've found! Love the the variety pack of flavors (favorites are watermelon lime and strawberry lemonade). I like the balance of electrolytes and salt - other brands I've tried are way too salty. I mix up a pack with water and creatine before the gym and drink half before my workout and the other half afterward. It dissolved well in water but I find it's better in room temp water and then I'll add ice cubes to chill. Doesn't leave a bunch of powder at the bottom of your cup. Love this so much I have a subscription (which is a better price too). 10/10 recommend!

This is absolutely my number one go to electrolyte mix! It doesn’t have any artificial sweetener taste like so many others do and the taste isn’t overpowering. I can drink it all day and not get sick of it which is incredibly rare. The lemon lime flavor is mild but delicious and one of my two favourites. It’s hard to get where I live but I always stock up when it restocks on Amazon. I have POTS so need to drink them daily just to avoid dizzy/black out spells and relyte has really made a huge difference for me!
