I have been ordering this product for over a year now. I have found it easy to use and is very effective. My dogs have remained free from ticks and fleas. Usually I order it and received it a few days later, however this time it was delayed then delayed again the carrier took it all over the place, when it did arrive the package was ripped the contents damaged and the liquid drained out. I contacted the seller and re ordered the item as I was out. The next one came in good time. I have been told by the seller they will refund me and seem really helpful and understanding.

Great. Does the job well.
Works great. My dog is tick free for three months. (It suggest to dose every month but I don’t find that necessary). I don’t like to over treat so I wait until I see one still alive then treat. No smell to it, it does wet the fur a fair bit but if you put it on a bed time it will soak in well. No skin irritation

Didn't suit us.
Quite disappointed - on first use one of my dogs was sick the following day. Second time didn't work at all.

Not as good as Frontline.
This product has no effect whatsoever on my Collie. In fact he has started scratching more. I have since bought Frontline which I have always used and known to work. Trying to save money doesn't pay...

Farewell fleas!!
After scratching lots I inspected my pet dog and discovered he had a few of his own pets! Used this on him once and they were completely gone within 24 hours with no skin irritation at all.
