My son is so comfy in it.
Perfect for my special needs son. He has poor trunk control and this holds him in place perfectly. Great for winter or fall but may be too hot for summer. His back got too sweaty. But it's either this or his humongous wheelchair stroller. I prefer this :)con: it ripped from the Velcro on the back so need to get it sewed.

It's good for back support for my special needs daughter, but doesn't really help keep her head in place when she's sleeping (which is what I bought it for).
