I always use these for my mouth ulcers along with using herbal toothpaste because other toothpaste might increase the mouth ulcers

l-lysine is not produced sufficiently by the human body on its own. hence, perfect supplement to control cold sore breakouts by blocking arginine. have it on empty stomach, around 1000-1500 mg/day is sufficient for me. also helped me in controlling acne. yet, i wish scientists research this supplement more and outline its benefits.

I have other products from Healthvit and they gave good results, so I trust this brand. I purchased this for two reasons, I heard these help to get rid of painful cold sores and yes it really worked also I needed something that helps prevent stiff/sore joints. It helped my joins immensely.
