Will this work on a krystal clear intel pump no. 28633eg?

Not familiar with your pump model but from my experience these replacement valves are pretty standard for Intex products. I went from a 1500 to a 2500 to a sand filter unit, all Intex brand and the valves are identical on all 3 of my pumps. I ordered a set when I broke one of the clips that holds it in place broke off. Worked great.

Will this work for the drain cap on an intex sand pump?

If your drain cap looks like this, I would say yes. I looked at alot of sand pumps and they do have this part. I personally have a 1500 pump for an 18x48 aboveground pool and had to order these because mine broke at the top where the filter is. I hope this helps.
