I'm really surprised there aren't more reviews! This parchment is terrific, far better than the brand I had been using, that is usually found in grocery stores. It's sturdier, and I love the width of 15". I go through quite a bit of it with baking, and purchasing this large roll is so much more cost effective than those much smaller supermarket rolls. I'd very highly recommend it! It's great stuff!
