Brush gently , with light pressure for 2 minutes at least twice a day . Floss every single day. . To be honest I floss after every meal . It significantly reduces bad breath and keeps cavities away. Invest in a stainless steel tongue scraper/cleaner. Use it every time you brush your teeth. It’s amazing how much fresher your breath is when you remove the collected debris from your tongue. So now you have a healthy at home dental regimen set up. In the evening, before bedtime, you can rub a bit of toothpaste into your sensitive spots or exposed root areas for overnight care. Sensodyne Mineral Boost has a mild mint flavor , this needs improvement. Excellent product for people that are sensitive to sodium laurel sulphate. Tastes great too.

The only toothpaste I use! I have super sensitive teeth and weak enamel, this is the only "sensitive" toothpaste that actually works for me. Even when I whiten my teeth, the sensitivity doesn't come back. I travel a lot for work and fun. If I forget it and have to use other toothpastes, even another Sensodyne product, I can feel the sensitivity come back after a few days without this. I wish they had this specific one in travel size. I started checking it in my luggage or squeezing it into other tubes because I genuinely can't be without it. It's my holy grail and I'll seriously pay whatever they charge for this. It's so worth it!

My dentist recommended this toothpaste for my tooth sensitivity especially because it does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate- a chemical I am allergic to. I’ve found it to be helpful for my tooth discomfort and it tastes pretty good too.
