This is the second one I ordered and unfortunately one of the charging ports does not work

Does what it says. I was a little leary at first but it seems to keep the console pretty cool. Has an on off switch for the fan which is nice. Definitely a good purchase. And yes the Ps5 comes with a stand but this one is much more stable. For the money I spent on this thing I think its worth it.

First off if your getting this for the cooling feature there are way better cooling items than this. The way the PS5 is designed the bottom cooling fans don’t really make that much of a difference. After long hours of playing my PS5 it becomes pretty warm to the touch. After installing this stand and playing for roughly the same amount of time my PS5 was still pretty warm to the touch. I didn’t notice a difference in temperature, but a little extra airflow is better than none. The actual perks of owning this stand is sturdiness and controller chargers. The PS5 is pretty secure in this stand so it adds more sturdiness of it not falling over. The dual controllers chargers are really nice so while you use one controller, your others are charging away. I personally don’t use the disc holder so I don’t know how those are. If you want to get this stand know it’s more for the added sturdiness and the controller chargers with the cooling being a small perk to help the PS5.

I had two of these in my wish list waiting to finally get PS5s. I lucked out and got two for the gamers in my family and bought these the next day. They showed up faster than expected and were easy to 'install' The unit just rests in the base it doesn't clip in or anything. The fan assisted cooling works well but is a bit loud. Not a problem if gaming with a headset. My only complaint is that one of the bases controller charging ports ceased functioning within a couple weeks. The other base is still fine so I figure it has to be a fragile part of the design. I have yet to contact the seller to see if there is some sort of fix for this. I'm happy o adjust my score based on customer support.

This docking station gives me almost everything I need for my PS5 after controllers are bought. It has 2 controller spots that work well. You can put either the digital or the disc version in it. It lights up to let you know it's on. There are 3 USB ports in the front. I have a USB extender in the back, so I have all the space I could possibly need. This thing could easily be double the price & I would have paid it!

We just recently bought a ps5 and my husband wanted a nice cooling fan for it so I ordered this one and we absolutely love it because not only is it a cooling fan but it also charges your controllers plus it comes with another piece that you can hook to it to put your games in. We are very pleased and will be ordering more things from this seller.

Try something else or maybe don't even bother with this kind of a solution unless you just want a stand I guess. On ours the controllers don't charge through the "charging ports" so we gave up on using them. Tried connecting and charging using the USB ports on the stand instead, they don't seem to work either - and yes we had the stand connected to the front console USB for power to the ports:) -. The same controllers charge just fine with the same cable connected directly to the PS5 so now we are using this as a stand, disconnected from the console. Also as the top review states, the fan is pointless because it's blowing air on the bottom of the console where there are no vents! The game case slots are designed to hold only about half of the case so they tilt backwards sometimes. It's reasonably sturdy for what it is, but I wasn't expecting much more given what is out there from previous experience.

My cooling stand just arrived today, very fast shipping over the holidays. The stand is sturdy and secured the ps5 in place, the charging station for my controller is a nice touch and very useful. Also love the extra USB ports. The cooling fan isn’t too noisy and barely noticeable. I’d highly recommend this stand / cooling station.

The product works great as a stand it's very sturdy and looks great in low light conditions with the charging indicator lights, however the 3 extra USB ports don't get the job done, if you insert a pendrive it takes forever to read the contents from it also when using an external HDD for games the ps5 won't be able to detect it if you use the ports from this stand so don't buy it for the extra ports as they aren't the best. The dualsense charging port works fine for now although can be hard to position properly to fit in for the charge, will update incase anything happens. UPDATE: Both the dualsense charging ports have stopped working on just one day of use making the stand essentially useless and only good as a stand i don't really recommend buying this product and just using the stock stand you get with the ps5 as the other features are basically useless apart from the game holder

The product does not connect with the electrical port. Just a plastic stand and absolutely no charging service possible
