I bought this drum head to use at my son's graduation open house / boot camp send off. He has been a drummer pretty much all of his life, so we are going to have his friends and family that attend sign it with metallic markers. He can then hang it on the wall of his apartment when he moves out.

I bought the 6 and 8 inch heads for my Tama timbales. They produce the sound I was going for, a focused attack. The hydraulic fluid makes tuning effortless. No need for any type of moon gel dampen systems. Highly recommend the hydraulic heads!
