7,500+ rounds and still going
I’ve now had this plate mounted 2 years on my Glock 34 which I run as a limited optics pistol in USPSA. I have ~7,500 rounds on this setup based on how many boxes of primers I’ve gone through. The optic plate has been 100% reliable so far, never had any issues with dot coming loose under recoil. Typically I shoot 135 Power Factor 147s so nothing super hot but I use my gear pretty hard between competitions, practice, and dry fire. There are many good plates out there that fix the issues with MOS, this is one of them. If I had any recommendations it would be either DONT use thread locker or get purple. IF you have a screw that isn’t coming out always apply heat via hair dryer or heat gun. Invest in a set of fix it sticks. The mounting screws that come with most of these optic setups aren’t very heavy duty so be patient. After you tighten the screws to the recommended torque values, ALWAYS use a silver sharpie to witness mark so if you’re at the range and getting erratic groups you can look and confirm if the screws moved.

Quality plate, frustrating install
So much of my time would have been saved if they just printed the name of the optic each screws were intended for on the bag as well as a torque setting. It comes with 5 different bags of screws and they are only labeled by their size and length. I shouldn't have to scan a QR code and watch an installation video for information on torque settings or which screws to use. I had to bring up the manufacturers wesbite just to find out what my "4-40x.320 FH(B)" screws were for. PLEASE just print RMR 12-15 in-lbs and that is ALL I would have needed to make this product a perfect 5 out of 5. You are already taking the time to separate all of the screws and putting them in their own packaing, just mirror what is on your website on the label and it would save a lot of headache for your customers. Aside from that, the plate is fantastic quality and I am thrilled with the product. Highly recommend it and I'm glad it is a plate I can depend on compared to the crappy stock MOS plates that Glock supplies. Just label your bags with the optic name and print the torque specs on the product/packaging.

No better replacement plate for the Glock OEM plate!

C&H Precision is not precise.
First, the screws for mounting the plate to the slide are missing. Thankfully I have multiple mos screws that are the same spec, so mounting the C&H plate was possible without having to call for replacement. The thread locker was missing, but I have thread locker that met C&H’s recommendation. The T-nuts did not sit flush in the recess on the plate. I had to file the excess metal on the plate to allow the T-nuts to sit flush. I finally got the plate mounted flush. Second, labeling was absent on the holosun and rmr screws. I had to go online and make sure I had the right screws for my holosun 507c optic. The QR scan led to a series of instructional videos that were sub par. When C&H is telling you during the instructions that you may have to modify screws and the plate to get the right fit that is a red flag. At this price point everything should fit right the first time. I should not have to machine your screws or plate. Third, I mounted the holosun to the plate. There is a gap under the optic at the lugs. I can see light from the lugs to the mid point on the optic. I used I torque tool and set screws at 10 lbs as instructed by C&H. I took optic off and inspected the lug holes on optic. The optic is not the problem. The lugs on the plate are the problem. I used digital calipers to measure each lug of plate. The right lug is higher than the left, which means I will have to file the lug to get my optic flush. Finally, this company bolsters precision, reliability and easy installation. This product is anything but precise, reliable, or easy to install. Save yourself the time, trouble and money. I placed my mos plate back on my glock 19. I do not care for the gap between the front of my optic and the slide when using the mos plate, which lead to this purchase. That was my only problem with the mos plate. I got caught by the advertising that a tighter fit from the C&H plate would add to the security of the optic. Maybe I got the lemon.

Works
Works but the instructions are trash and there are so many options of screws. Be nice if there was a chart that explained each possible optic installation process
