Good idea - several modes of lighting. First time received broken; second time received used.

Charges very little under the sun
I tried to charge this item for about 8 hours under the sun, but without any use, when I use it, it lights for less than 1 hour, but the light is very bright, it is a shame. However I didn't try to charge it by electricity. I have receive a refund for this item.
