Works great!
I ordered this back in late November of 2022 and I wanted to wait a little to write this review to put it to use first. When I first installed this I had an issue that the beeping sound never changed its frequency. Meaning that as you approached an object the beeping sound was always the same speed. I was pretty sure that it it should speed up the closer you got to the object so I wrote to customer support and they sent me a new one. The new one did exactly what I was expecting! :) The sound frequency increases as you approach an object and stays on solid when you’re “too close”. I was very happy with the customer support. The color matched my bumper perfectly and looks like it’s OEM. I mounted the display above my rear view mirror and it blends in pretty well also. The only negative thing I have to say about this product is that I wish it actually started beeping sooner. It’s pretty easy to install, but you have to be comfortable with working on a car as you have to take a lot of panels off to feed the wires. Also, drilling a hole in your bumper is a little scary, but like I said, it looks OEM. This might be overwhelming to some people.

Easy to use and setup
So I bought this and wasn't expecting much, but was very surprised at how well its worked over these past few months. I didn't want the eye sore that is the LED display staring me in the face on my console, so I snuck it under the console behind the stereo and I can hear it just fine, so sound isn't an issue. The way I have it set up and the proper way, as far as I understand it, is to tie the positive into the backup taillight, and so far it works just fine each time and only comes on when, you guessed it, I back up. The different color sensors are much appreciated, so I was able to color match my vehicle. Other than that, great product with a surprisingly low price.

works great but bother to install
Honda Accord. Works great. However, took me hours to install, and I am familiar with installing various things. Difficult to figure out exactly where to run wires. I think the install would be difficult for most people. Also, drilled bumper holes correctly, but did not fit into bumper holes correctly, did not snap in or stay put. Ended up shaving down the sensors a little with dremel, and using two part epoxy to secure the sensors into the bumper holes. Did not try running wires to cabin. Instead, put the device in the trunk close to the front, into the speaker cage, and can easily hear beeping sound.

WORKS GREAT!!
I installed a Backstopper on my wife's 2000 Lexis sc300 and it quit working after about 7 weeks so I ordered another one and of course it was a small pain to replace the new sensors again. It worked for about 2 weeks and started doing the same thing as the first one. I then ordered this EKYLIN and have had no problems at all for 7 months now so now my wife stopped backing into things....

it worked OK when I tested it. It was a bit sporadic in sensing distance but it worked.
So it was OK. The problem was that I was installing it in my extended cab Dodge Ram 1500. The wire cord for the display was too short. I installed the sensors, routed the wires to the junction box, tested the unit and it worked, OK. But once I ran the wire from the display on the dash, through the firewall down through the engine compartment and along the frame to the pickup box it came up six feet too short. There is not access through the cab directly down to the frame or the box and was not about to drill holes to run the wire between the two. If the display wire/cord had been six feet longer it would have been hunky dory. I'm not sure how I'm going to solve this problem.

No directions, someone help me
The "manual" that comes with this product has next to no information on it. No info on what size the wires are, how to ground the wires, how to tap into the power source, or anything like that. I had to buy a lot of extra supplies and do so much extra research to even think about attempting this installation. Still haven't even installed it because I'm waiting for my voltage sensor and posi taps to come in, which are two things I apparently need in order to do this. Boooooo

Very nice, easy install
Very nice, easy install. WELL worth the $$$. and Peace of mind with extra eyes Backing up. But It could sport an on/off switch. When hauling a trailer, the constant beeping is distracting when launching my Boat.
