I have a silver IM and love it. I saw this version with the orange ring at a good price so I purchased it. It looks great, works well. The only thing keeping this from getting a 5/5 is the "tip" or what on a fountain pen someone might call the section--it's plastic. My original is all metal. I was very disappointed. I don't think it being plastic will cause wear issues because (1) it appears there is a plastic sleeve inside the metal body so plastic threads to plastic not plastic to metal which often leads to problems, and (2) the very tip of the tip appears to be metal so the point taking the most abuse is metal as well. Still a great pen, it just used to be a little greater.
