Q: Does anyone have more precise dimensions, since this is for a different model? The gasket in this unit is 2 7/8" [70mm] OD and 2 3/8" [60mm] ID.

Bialetti is italian so I'd prefer to see the metric units used. 2 7/8" is not 70mm, it's 73mm. Does anyone know the actual size?

Q: How long do I keep my Rubber rings in my Espresso coffee maker and change it?

As with any gaskets, only change when you get a leak. Another suggestion is to finger tighten and prime with water so it's not dry. In past, I wrongly tightened it too much thus reduced life of gasket - just hand/finger tight will work with this wonderful product!

Q: Can i use for Bialetti 6853 Moka Express 12-Cup Stovetop Espresso Maker ?

No. The 12 cup has a larger circumference so you need the next size.
