Product is good , work properly but I received damaged box of product, this is very disappointed 😐

As shown in detail the wire is not 3 meters and the weight is also 600 grams with box and 400 grams without box. In detail, the weight of 1 kg and 500 grams has been shown. And there is a problem in the sensor too.
