Just to begin, I'm a paying customer and was not paid to provide my review or given free products. I was a very obese person a year ago. I ended up having Gastric Bypass surgery to help me lose weight, however after about five months I hit a plateau and could not get off of it. I was exercising and lifting weights, but still struggled to continue losing weight. I researched and read reviews on many fat burner and muscle building supplements and decided to order EVL's Transform. I can only say that since beginning it this product, I have gotten off of my plateau and started losing again. I bought the Tropical Punch and it tastes unbelievable. It gives me a giant leap in energy when I workout and I am starting to be told by my wife that she's noticing more definition in my arms and shoulders and she doesn't even know I take this supplement. So, I must say I'm very pleased and would recommend this product to everyone needing a supplement that delivers.

I bought it for the thermogenic factor and as a coffee substitute. First, there are no mixing instructions on the package so I went with the basic 1 scoop to 8oz of water. The smell is fine but the taste is a little odd to me, so maybe it’s just my container. It definitely has a blue raspberry flavor to it but also something else. The taste reminds me of the smell of modeling clay. I know that sounds weird but it makes it a little harder to drink. Like I said, maybe it was just my container and everyone else’s is better.

I thought I might enjoy this product, but their filler must be broken. I barely got half a jar. Of course the comeback is we fill by weight not by volume. And in that case they should put it in a little tiny jar. The biggest thing in the jar was the keep dry pad. Disappointing.

I've been substituting this for a normal pre-workout. I'm already fairly lean, just need some help knocking off another 2-3% body fat to break into the 8-9% range. I've been through two containers with no break in between, taking at least one serving almost daily and combined with some tweaks to my diet have probably lost between 1 and 2%. I haven't noticed any difference in appetite, which is fine with me. Good energy (TIP: if you want more gradual energy over a longer period of time, mix it with a full shaker of water and sip on it), no jitters, and I can tell it's working because I have never sweated so much in my entire life. (make sure you drink a ton of water) There are more aggressive Thermogenics out there if you're really trying to lose a bunch of weight, and I'm sure this could be stacked and work even better. But for my own goals, it's been working excellent so far. Absolutely will buy again.
