Looking for replacement, no response from Seller after 3 weeks
Stopped working in just about 15 days..No response from the seller.. Don't buy this, there are better devices available from other companies..I waited for almost 3 weeks now, for the response from Seller, there is no cust care number, no email response. The seller doesn't care for the customer and Amazon is unable to do anything as return window is over .. 1600 Rupees went into drain and waiting for a courtesy call (at least) from the seller..

Good for beginners! But delivered wrong colour
This pen works like a charm, its very good for beginners. But also I got the wrong colour, I ordered blue one but I got the yellow one, other than that it's pretty impressive

Replacement
We had an issue with the pen and the seller promised us the replacement after a month of purchase. We are excited and eagerly waiting for the new pen.

Average Product, Value for Money
The product is a value for money, but it is very much sensitive. Its balance is not proper, the product topple when placed on its stand. The control of filament is not proper, the material comes out even if the motor is OFF. In my case, the button get tucked inside due to mechanical/heating problem. Now its not working.But to an average, its a good item to gift your child for a start.
