These are not special or any different from any other water pill I’ve ever taken! I use them around that time of the month just to reduce bloat and water retention! These are not fat burners and they are not going to help lose anything other than water weight that’s it! Of course they are going to do nothing for you if you aren’t working out eating a proper diet these aren’t magic they are a diuretic they make you pee more to shed water weight not actually fat! The water weight will come back if you aren’t dieting and exercising that’s common sense just saying! These work perfectly fine they do what they are supposed to do they make me per more to get rid of the water (yes only water) weight I gain during that unwanted time of the month! *** note worthy tip in order for these to do what they are intended to do you need to drink double the water you usually drink! Ex I drink a gallon a day everyday but when using any supplement like this one I drink 2 to 2.5 gallons of water and yes they work I pee like 45 times a day !!!

Compré esta pastilla para la pérdida de peso esta es la nocturna me da mucho sueño y es difícil de despertarme por la mañana, pero cada quien es diferente la pastilla de día me da mucha energía y es perfecta pero esta si tienes trabajo al día siguiente pues piénsalo bien oh pruébala un fin de semana que estés libre y puedas despertar a cualquier hora .!

I have a tendency to retain water in the summer months. Straight caffeine just doesn't do it for me. I felt trying some herb remedies would do the trick. It did some trick alright. Just not the one I hoped for. After about 2 days, I developed these weird abscesses on my gums! The only thing that had changed in my life, was taking these capsules. I stopped for several days until my mouth felt better. Once it did, I took one and viola....another spot in my mouth was sore. Not sure what in it caused the reaction. BUT I attempted to return it and was advised it was not eligible for return. So I'm stuck with bottle of pills that gives me the cooties. smh.
