Good quality tablets. Kind of large but easy to swallow. Doesn’t have an aftertaste after you take it. I feel better for taking it for my aches and pains in my joints. Not 100% but helps!

So far so good. I have been taking these for around 3 months and I have not had any illness. I feel that it is boosting my immune system as I've been in situations where I was having lack of sleep, in rooms full of "infected" people yet my immune system has remained strong. I did a blood test health check and my vitals were very strong in general. Some people have complained about the smell, but they just smell like the black seed oil... The size of the capsules are quite big, so if you struggle with this, I would recommend a liquid solution instead. You could probably burst the capsule but the taste wouldn't be great. That being said, I find it easy to swallow, it doesn't float to the top of your mouth with water which is a good thing. I take 1-2 a day and while the benefits are more passive rather than being able to tell, I think they are working as mentioned above, I have not been ill since on these.

I'm using this to (hopefully) reduce the redness in my cheeks. I have no 'certificate to prove it', but I suspect I've landed a low-end dose of eczema. I'm 47 and up until the last four years had no skin issues of concern. However!! I noticed my cheeks were a bit red and quality moisturiser, hemp oil and oregano oil doesn't really kick it. So far this is working pretty well indeed applied topically before bed, and sinking one capsule orally at the same time. Two weeks in and there is a definite improvement! Ok, it's absolutely no cure I'm certain, but I'm willing to continue this strategy for a few months to see how it goes. No side effects so far either.
