Very Bad Smell
When you receive the product it comes with inconvenient smell which they describe as herbal smell, which is not. I used this product for 2 months and used to warm it up in Micorwave. After that it started to give a burning item smell and it seems the particles inside is over cooked now and damaged. I can't use it any longer.
