exactly what it be other than one did, but is better. It has a better lighting system for letting you know the fluid levels.

My old cleaning/recharging base started leaking cleaning fluid and I couldn't fix it. The wife got nauseous smelling it, so I ordered this new one. As it's a Braun product, I figured it would be fully compatible with my Braun series 9 shaving kit. With great anticipation, this arrived. And promptly didn't work. It was virtually identical to my old cleaning/charging base. The light came on, so I knew it was charging (I left it charge overnight before trying it.) When I put the razor into it, it didn't start cleaning. I tried wiggling the razor to make sure it was contacting the base's electrodes, unplugging/replugging its power cord, and I checked to make sure the cleaning cartridge I installed was inserted correctly. Nothing worked, so I tried customer service. After having to wait awhile to "chat" (never a good sign when they are really busy), they weren't able to help me other than to say that since it didn't come with my original kit, Braun wasn't responsible and to get with Amazon. So, much for standing behind their OEM parts. I'm out $71 for the base and $5 for a new cleaning cartridge. And I still need another one, unless I want to manually clean it. Sigh. I bought a second one AND it didn't work. I suspect that maybe the new base isn't compatible with my razor EVEN THOUGH Amazon shows it as compatible. The razor is several years old, but it should have been backwards compatible. I guess I'll try and return the second one, but there is no other way to contact Amazon through the product page ... all support leads to Braun.

Excellent product and works properly.

I bought a 9XX series Braun shaver that came with this cleaning unit. I then went to work in Europe. The unit blew up and would not function properly within 2 weeks of buying it. I bought this one to replace the blown up cleaning unit. I will see how long it lasts.

You can't have a Braun 9 series without a clean n recharge. I bought this unit after I purchased the shaver. I tried to clean it manually but it started to get a foul odor. After using the Braun clean and charge it runs much smoother and it always smells great like fresh lemons.

Sent back as I ended up not needing it but it was very well built and exactly as described in the advertisement

This replacement charger is not like the original. Although the original is much more durable and larger this charger performed adequately. I got the $67.50 model and wished I’d gotten the $100 one. This works ok so no reason to return.

Bought this as a replacement for my original Braun Series 9 Pro cleaning pod, as the original started to go faulty after a couple of years. Yes, you need to use your original power lead as per the advertisement. Yes, you need to buy cleaning modules for this, they are not advertised as supplied with the cleaning pod. Ignore the bad review and complaints. I ordered this unit from the USA and it was delivered to me in Australia within the delivery time. The unit works the same or better than my original cleaning pod. What else can I say, this unit works perfectly with original power cord and cleaning pods. If you need to replace your cleaning pod, this unit is awesome.

故障していた不良品。 返品して、別の物を送ってもらったが、これも同じく全く機能せず、クレームを入れても、「メーカーに相談しろ」の返事。 1万4千円の返金にも応じない。 ネット詐欺である。 星はマイナス5である。 アマゾン出品を止めさせるべき。
