Doormat is fine but it got wet when we watered the garden and has been permanently and very noticeably stained. I suppose the answer is to soak the whole thing!

Really like this mat. It had come a long way. Super colour. LOVE IT.

Dont flop it around, it'll rip! Otherwise is a sturdy, well made cork-whatever mat. The peices dont shed everywhere liberally like other similar mats.

Let me start by saying the customer service experience I had with this company deserves 5 stars also. When my rug arrived, the shipping box was fine but the box the rug came in had a whole in it, which created a small tear on the back of the rug. While the damage to the rug was minimal (it was on the PVC backing so you couldn't see it unless you looked really hard once it was right side up), I was pissed that someone saw the damage and decided to package it and mail it to me anyway. When I received the standard follow-up email, I replied that I was disappointed that a damaged product was shipped to me and sent them a photo of the rug. They promptly apologized and sent me a replacement rug. They even followed up a while later to let me know that they had reviewed their practices to make sure it won't happen again. Kudos to the company for caring about their customer experience and following up! Now onto the rug. I waited a few weeks before reviewing because I wanted to give it a whirl for a while. Overall I'm very pleased with the rug. It did shed the first week or so but after some good shakes it got better. It's very sturdy and can hold up to rough wiping. I'm remodeling a house inside and out so my shoes can be pretty dirty when I come it. So far this rug has been able to handle the work and look good in the process.
