This is by all means a great backpack, sturdy and spacious. It's just too big. About the same size as a carry on luggage. Which I usually like, but there is no waist strap, so the load bearing is 100% on your shoulders and back. At this size it makes it uncomfortable and even a bit painful to carry when full. That being said, I'm a 1.6m woman and not very muscular. The above would probably not be an issue for a big guy.

This backpack is hands down the best thing I’ve ever bought. I take a lot of short trips, and I use this bag every single time nothing else. It fits everything I need, it’s super practical, and somehow still really comfortable to carry. The layout just makes sense, and it’s way more convenient than dragging around a small suitcase. Honestly, I don’t know how I traveled without it before.
