Q: Has anyone noticed, that their is a difference between the 2 games offered on amazon? Is one a better quality than the other?

I saw this as well. I’m not sure there is a difference. I looked for the measurement of the games ect and everything seems to be the same.

Q: Why is this one cheaper?

I believe because the other listing is for the older printing of the game so it is more rare. I do not know of any major differences between the two.

The other one is an old edition produced by a different company, my understanding is they are the same inside.
